その当時、講師を２名雇っていたが、どうしても１人クビにしなければならなかった。そしたら、１人の講師と大喧嘩になりクビにできた。外国人の講師で、日本が嫌いな講師だったのだ。

   At that time, I employed 2 teachers.  However I had to fire one to recuce the cost.  We had a big fight and I could fire her.  She was a residential Korean who hated Japan. 

　　講師の先生には、このままでは倒産であることを話していたから、退職金の話はでなかった。講師をクビにできたお陰で、

   I had told my teachers that this school would go bankrupt if we failed in changing anything.  That was the reason why I didn't have to give retirement allowance.

1. 退職金を出す必要がなくなった。
2. 融資を受ける必要がなくなった。
3. 高校クラス、通信制が軌道に乗り始めた。

　あれは、まさに千載一遇のチャンス。神様のご加護だった。

「もうダメだ」

　と思った時に、生徒が来てくれ、知恵を絞って金策に走り回っていた。娘の大学入試が迫り、貯金通帳を持ち出したもと奥さんから取り返さなければならなかった。

  That was a great opportunity to get economic health.  It was time to get back a bank book which my wife had taken with her.

　あとで分かったことだが、奥さんは再婚するため離婚を焦っていたのだ。

  It was easy because she wanted to remarry as soon as possible then.  So she accepted my request to get divorced.
