Korean government gave an advice to their people that they should be careful not to get close to right wing people in Japan after a Korean terrorist put a bomb in Yasukuni shrine and returned to Korea.  They seem to praise what the terrorist did because he attacked Japan.  In Korea, they are not punished whatever they do if it gives dammage to Japan.
