私は小さい頃から日本人の良く言えば謙虚さ、悪く言えば嘘が嫌いだったから思ったことを口にした。ここ（三重県いなべ市）は自他共に認める過疎地で古い因習が残っているから、私のような人間はアンチが多い。

Just saying I passed the most difficult English test, some people said

So I started blog and wrote about what I was thinking. Now the site is No.1 in ‘examinee’ and ‘senior high’ In Youtube, my motion pictures are played more than 380000 times all together.
この地区でなければウケは悪くない。
It seems that many people like my ideas, except this area.
それで、この数字が本当の支持なのか確かめたくなった。通信生は増えてきて、今では北海道から鹿児島まで生徒がいる。京大「医学部」の合格者も、３年間で２名。阪大「医学部」１名、名大「医学部」１名の合格者もでた。
Then I wanted to make sure my guess is right or not. My correspondent course students are increasing from Hokkaido to Kyushu. 2 students passed the entrance exam to the department of medicine of Kyoto University.

ここで、今月（２月）末からホームページの改修費用の資金調達のページを公開するため作業中だ。

名古屋の大規模塾で体験したのだが、大規模塾は本部にベテランやトップ講師を常駐させて、支部教室には新人や問題講師を配置する。
I used to work for a big school in Nagoya. They put good teachers in the headquarter school and sent bad teachers to branch schools.
自分で過疎地と呼ばれる故郷に塾を開設して実感した。受験に真剣な人が少ない。それどころか、受験を敵視している人も多い。偏差値追放、業者テスト追放が行き過ぎて「三進連」という最大規模、唯一の業者テストが昨年（２０１５年）廃業してしまった。
After I started my school, I realized that we had very few people who thought about education. Some seem to believe the entrance exam itself was bad. They criticized even the mock exam and its company went bankrupt last year.
これでは、塾も予備校も腕利き講師を地方に配置できるわけがない。

The gap problem between big cities and the country sides.
は、国も問題にする重大事なのだ。地方にも優秀な人材はたくさんいるのに、活用しきれていない。私などに出来ることは限られている。でも、少しでも声をあげないと地方に住む志の高い子たちが救われない。
This is the important problem. We have many good students in local areas. Of course, what I can do is very limited.
