３年間で、京大「医学部」２名、阪大「医学部」１名、名大「医学部」１名合格。
根本的に間違っているのは、生徒全員が人々とつながっていたいという前提で指導が行われていることだ。それは、全員が同じ所得で同じ生活をするのが理想の社会主義の考えに洗脳された人にありがちな大きなミス。
Public school teachers make the basic mitake believing that all students like to talk with their classmates. But this is wrong. Communists want to believe that all the people should do the same things.
私の指導させてもらっている優秀な理系女子のほとんどが
「私は研究者になりたい」
と言う。その理由を聞くと、勉強が好きなことが第一だが
「人と接するのが苦手というか、嫌い」
と言う。賢い子たちは、一般に感受性も鋭い。人の無神経な言葉に傷つきやすいので、深く関わりたくない子が多い。
Many of my students say that they wont to be reserchers because they don't like to be with people. They like to work in a laboratory. I asked the reason why and their answer was
“I don't like to work with others.”
Smart students are generally very sensitive and they don't like to get along with people who are not sensitive.

「人と関らない仕事がしたい」
と言い出す。全くの逆効果なのだけれど、先生方は気づいておられない。私もその１人だったから、学校の事情がやく分かるのだ。やめて欲しかった。
Left-wing teachers force students to study in group and emphasize to help each other. Then smart students alway have to take the role to teach. It is natural that they are tired and start to say
“I'd like to have a job to work alone.”
Public school teachers don't know what they are doing. I used to be such a student.

「６時の下校時間までは家に帰ってはまかりならん」
とは、どういう了見なのか。
We have to be alone to prepare for the entrance exam to good schools because nobody helps us when we sit for the exam. So let them free after school. But teachers say
“Time to go home is 6:00 p.m.”

優秀な中学生や高校生の子たちは、日本の将来を背負って立つ子たちだ。それぞれの分野でリーダーになっていく子たちだ。そんな子たちの勉強の邪魔をして日本の未来を暗くしたいのだろうか。
Good students will be some leaders in the near future. Teachers want to bother them? Do they want to give them the dark future?
何度でも書くが、人間はみんな違うのだ。性格も、才能も、生まれも、育ちも、興味もバラバラなのだ。その個性を尊重してやるのが教育なのだ。

どうして画一的なワクに押し込めて個性の芽を摘もうとするのだろうか。生徒たちが悲鳴をあげているではないか。
Why do teachers try to set students in a frame? Students are crying for help. Don't they know it?
現場に来たら分かる。「クラブと勉強の両立」など実現していない。ほとんどの生徒は勉強を避けるための言い訳に使っているだけだ。
「今日はクラブで疲れているので寝る」
と言って勉強をしない言い訳にしているだけだ。
They know nothing about students. Club activity and studying. Students use this slogan to avoid studying. They say
“I'm tired because of practicing soccer.”
They use it as an excuse.

私は人生と受験に真剣に向かい合う子だけを相手にして指導している。毎日フラフラしている子は興味がない。家計が火の車で、極貧の中で勉強している子もいる。
I want to teach only good students. I don't want to teach lazy students. Some students are studying in poor families.
何がなんでも国立大学に入って、しっかり稼いで家計を助けたい子もいる。テニスやサッカーをやっている場合ではない子もいる。寝る時間を惜しんで勉強して、家族を支えたいと考えている子もいる。
They have to enter National Universities because the tuition fees are reasonable. They would like to support their family members financially. They have no free time to play soccer or tennis. They want to study and study to help their parents.
なんで勉強させてやらないのだろう。私は怒っているのだ。今どき、
「頑張って出世して家族を支えるんだ」
という優しい子どもがどこにいるというのか。思春期にある生徒は、恥ずかしくて人前で言えないではないか。
邪魔をするな。
Why do public school teachers bother students? They are good students to think much of their family members. Teachers should not force students to join the club activities. They are young and cannot tell teachers their fainancial probles.

公務員で自分の身分も生活も安定している教師には、そんな切ない中学生や高校生の気持ちが分からない人が多い。私は勉強する子には、特待生として翌月の月謝の一部を免除するようにしている。
Public school teachers are in job security and don't know students' problems. That's why I remit tuition fees to almost nothing if my student get the best score.
高校生の指導も自分が生活できたらそれでいいので、できるだけ来やすい金額に抑えている。勉強できる子が全て裕福な家庭で育っているわけではない。金持ちのバカ息子もいるのだ。

Love, bond and helping each other. What an empty slogan under this recession.
「とにかく、入試でボーダーを越えなきゃ」
と日夜格闘している生徒の耳には、そんな言葉は耳に入らない。他人を蹴落としてでも自分は合格するのだ。そういう厳しい現実に置かれているのだ。そうしないと、父親、母親にムリな経済的負担をかけてしまうのだ。

My students study hard every day and they don't pay any attention to such an empty slogan. They try to pass the exam even if they kick their rivals down. They are in such a position not to make burden on their parents.

私も奨学金の返済を中年になるまで続けた。子ども３人を大学に行かせるために、塾は黒字のまま破産しそうになったこともある。だから、英語だけではなく数学も理科も社会も勉強し続けた。生き残るために模索し続けてきた。
